The price was reasonable, and they completed the job ahead of schedule (quoted 3hrs, they finished in a little over 1). 5 stars.

Used Benjamin Franklin for the first time for an emergency situation. Pressure tank exploded. My mom didn't know what else to do and so gave her the number to this company. They were super nice he sent out his son to my moms in Ottawa. Very reasonable thought it would cost alot more then it did. My mom was super happy with the services she received. He was very respectful and got the situation under control and fixed pretty quickly. Thank you for all the help you provided. Will definitely recommend you and use in the future.

I had a tough install on a homemade tiny house of a tankless water heater running on propane. Not only did the guys not shy away from the project, but they came through with amazing results. Most importantly, they returned, phone calls, and they did what they said they were going to do. Outstanding service highly recommend.

It was a huge job that required replacing part of the sewer drain, installing a clean out location and clearing the clogged line from the stack to the new clean out location. It also required a new drain line from the laundry room to the new clean out, as the old line was not up to code, and was a big part of the problem with the clogging line. The crew brought the hustle and the muscle to get the job done! They were friendly, professional, and kept me informed through the whole process. I will continue to use Benjamin Franklin for all my plumbing needs.

Eric showed up and I explained our problem. He systematically eliminated one scenario at a time until we found the leak. He tightened the union fitting under the bathtub and tested again and was sure the problem was fixed.
