Had a sewer line leak and busted pipes in the sprinkler system. Called Benjamin Franklin on a Sunday and they had a tech out in about an hour to assess and fix everything the same day. I am very pleased with their timeliness, professionalism, and a job well done. I would highly recommend giving them a call for any of your plumbing needs. This was my first time using them and I will be calling them if the need arises in the future.

William was very helpful and courteous. Checked our hot water system that he put in several years ago to make sure it was still running properly. Everything was just fine. Thanks William for giving us a Peace of mind.

They got to our house as scheduled, listened to the issues and then showed me the best possible solution. Within a few days my problem was solved; the new system works great! One follow-up visit was needed for a part. William did a great job!

Both he and Issac were very knowledgeable and did a very good job. Although the toilet still doesn’t flush correctly. The handle has to be held down then it flushes fine. He did great on the gas line hook up. My wife is pleased
