Had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing round to track down a sewer pipe issue. Will and Dawson arrived and located the pipe I thought was the issue, but ultimately found out that this pipe was abandoned but still connected. They managed to get the camera snake to go the other way and found the other path which was a huge help to me. Will put together an estimate for a long term fix for my plumbing issues. Both gentlemen were polite and friendly and very good at their craft.

I am having a serious issue with the water department claiming I am using 20,000 gallons of water in a month as one person living in my home. The technician, William , was very attentive and listened carefully and is attempting to help me find the issue. Their attention and attitude has been helpful. And their photos and notes will be great assistance in court if necessary. Thanks !!
