I found myself in quite a tough situation with a busted pipe and needing a new water heater installed. After a frustrating week of waiting on another company that never came through, I finally called BFP of Tyler on a Sunday afternoon, feeling a bit hopeless. To my relief, they managed to fit me in for the very next day. When the technician arrived on Monday, he took the time to assess everything thoroughly, which I really appreciated. He then scheduled me for the following day to complete the job with all the necessary materials. On that day, he came early and surprisingly finished the job quicker than I expected. From the office staff to the technician, they treated me well and even offered a better price than the initial company I contacted. John came out to give me an estimate for the job and soon after he left all crap hit the fan. I started seeing water on the floor in the kitchen and laundry room. I called Benjamin F. And told them the issue and they said they will send the technician back. He returned within 10 minutes and immediately began to help soak up the water. He went ahead with the repair right then and did a fantastic job. He was friendly, professional and personable. We will be requesting him on our shower Reno soon.!
