Chris gave expert service in installing a new reverse osmosis system. He went above and beyond in obtaining the correct connector for the RO system to the ice machine in the freezer. He and his apprentice Cody were also very neat in cleaning up after the installation.
David Laboskie did a terrific job. Our kitchen sink stopped up on Sunday afternoon, just days before Christmas. David was able to come that afternoon. He unclogged the line very efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly so that there was no evidence of his work or the gunk that came out of the line. Besides his competence, David was also a very pleasant, friendly guy.
Israel responded immediately after 10 days of delays from another company. Within one hour, he had issue completely resolved and corrected several serious issues created by plumber from the other company. Israel is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. He took time to explain the issues throughout the repair, ensuring I understood the issues. Excellent tech, great company!!!
David Laboskie was as good of a technician as I could have hoped for. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t mind any of the questions I had for him throughout the process. He turned something my wife and I were worried was going to be far more complicated into a very simple solution. He even gave some help on the DIY effort we made in replacing the J-bend that was leaking underneath the tub. He provided additional information and rough estimates for possible future needs or services based on his observations of the pipes and systems in the basement. If and when there are any plumbing needs in my house, I’d happily call Benjamin Franklin again!
