Great experience with this company and technician Dave!-- We had to do a waste and overflow repair in our bathtub when our drain shoe got broken. Our house is on a concrete slab and we were told by a previous company that we would probably need to replace our whole tub. So we called around to try to find another option. It was already later in the day, but Benjamin Franklin Plumbing sent someone within an hour. Dave came out and said he could fix it no problem. He had to get some parts, but was able to come back first thing the morning after and had it done in less than 2 hours. He showed us everything he did and that there was no leaks. Very kind and courteous. He even cleaned up before leaving.

We had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Intown Atlanta out for a whole home plumbing inspection and found out our water heater is 12 years old and on borrowed time. They walked us through everything, explained our options, and never pressured us into replacing it. We’ll definitely be calling them when we’re ready.

We had Ben Franklin Plumbing of Intown Atlanta come out to check the hard water at our Oakhurst home. They tested our water, explained everything clearly, and never tried to pressure us. Which is a welcome surprise. We’ll most likely be moving forward with a whole home water filtration system. Great experience, and we’re glad to have them serving the Intown area. Highly recommend!

If you have teenagers you know the struggle with hot water! We were advised by our neighbors in Oakhurst, to try these new guys out. Wow. Great service! We were losing hot water too quick. They came out, inspected everything, answered all our question and recommended making the switch to tankless. We appreciate they weren’t pushy and helped us understand the options. Really impressed with the service and we’ll def be using them for installation when they open in a couple of weeks.

Our water heater suddenly quit at our house in Stone Mountain, so we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Intown Atlanta. From the first phone call to the installation, everything was calm and easy. They showed up when they said they would, wore cover to protect our floors, replaced the water heater, and cleaned everything up before they left. While they were here, we talked about a couple of remodeling projects we’re hoping to do over the next year. They gave us some really helpful advice about the plumbing and things to think about before we even start. It was nice getting ideas without feeling like we were being sold anything. We’ll definitely be calling them back when we’re ready to start those projects. We're really happy we found them.

I’ve been a customer of Trey’s for decades and he is nothing short of awesome. He is skilled at diagnosing exactly what the issue is and rectifying it. He is not one of those guys that sells you a bunch of unnecessary nonsense to make a buck. He is definitely about great service and long lasting relationships. What more could you ask for?
