I’ve had the most incredible experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, particularly Joe. I can’t decide if he’s a better human being or a better plumber. So I will not settle on one of those. I’ve just had an incredible experience. Not only are they extremely affordable and reasonable, but they do superior work.

I've had then install a water filtration system at my house and come a second time other odds and ends ... Always great service, text when they are on their way, professional...I definitely recommend.

Highly recommended!! On the Saturday after Thanksgiving I walked into my garage and heard water running everywhere....it was my hot water heater spilling water all out of the bottom of the tank! This was at 11:30am, I panicked, turned the water off to the whole house and called any emergency plumber I could find quickly as I have 5 month old twins at home. We had a plumber onsite in about 45-60 minutes. He turned the water off at the heater so I could turn the water back on to the house and told me they could replace the heater that day! Chris came to replace my hot water heater that afternoon and we had hot water again by 4:15pm! Plenty of time to be able to give the babies their bath before bedtime. Chris did a fantastic job and was very polite, I would have him back again for any plumbing service in the future.

First experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing and very pleased. Had a water leak under house and Mr. Hayes was fantastic. He's smart, great problem solver and a delight to work with. Highly recommend!

Adam, Chris, and the entire Benjamin Franklin Plumbing team were amazing to work with. We had multiple leaks break out in our crawl space, and within an hour Chris was over to diagnose and rectify our issues. He was able to explain very simply to us what went wrong and offered useful preventative advice. Also felt like the repair cost was reasonable. I'd recommend Benjamin Franklin in a heartbeat for any plumbing issue.

The gentleman that arrived was very knowledgeable, clean, intelligent and polite. He did his job efficiently. He is very personable and a pleasure to speak with. I will use this company again without hesitation. Update: I had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing out to install my new dishwasher and relocate water line for new refrigerator ice maker. Again, Chris was very professional and does clean and efficient work. Very pleased.
