The team of three were true professionals. They did the job of re-plumbing our house in less than one day. They worked like a well oiled clock. Making sure that I was happy with everything. Also, Jeff who was our first contact. He was great at the job of our estimate and let us know how to either finance or pay for the work to be done. I paid full price up front and the next day the team was here to do the job. Jeff stopped by yesterday to see how it was proceeding. We are now waiting for the dry wall work.

The team in niceville always does an amazing job taking care of the property on ocean view drive and keeping us up and going from water leaks to replacing a dishwasher!! Tucker is always very helpful and communicative and timely. Thank you Matt for having such amazing techs to service our community! It’s always a pleasure.

Great customer service. We had an active leak that was pouring water. I called and spoke to a wonderful young lady that was very friendly and happy to get a tech to us ASAP. Our tech Taylor called 20 minutes before our window started to let us know that he would be here in 30 minutes and that's when he pulled up. Our house is old and it was a challenging fix, but Taylor did a great job and went through everything he was doing and what ALL of our options were. We'll be calling Benjamin Franklin for any of our future needs.

The tech was very nice and so helpful! Willing to come on Saturday morning. Your price was one third of another local company who would not come on Saturday. This is a true 24 hour company as advertised. My tech was friendly and respectful of my home. And he was On time and called to say he was on the way with ETA. Good communication.

Our guy was terrific! He came out the same day we called to book a plumber and arrived exactly on time. He went to work immediately assessing our problem and was able to replace a lot of shoddy workmanship left by the previous guy who installed the water heater originally. His workspace was really cramped but he managed and never complained. Not only was he very experienced and seemed to really be committed to not only solving the immediate problem, but did some necessary repairs that we didn't even know were causing some of our leakage issues. ANNNDDDD He actually had all the necessary equipment, parts, and fittings to complete the job in one visit! That was huge! Our floors are now dry and we're confident the job (after three other repairmen) was finally done right. I forgot his name but I'll never forget the great job he did for us!
