We called Benjamin Franklin plumbing and they sent Paul out right away. He found that we had a leaking garbage disposal and under sink pipes that needed an update. Paul was friendly, knowledgeable and very competent! He gave us several solutions at different price points and provided the likely outcomes for each. Paul went above and beyond in his installation! For example, he replaced the old plumbing putty with clear silicone- which not only looks better but provides a stronger seal. We will certainly call B. F. going forward for any plumbing needs and we will definitely request Paul! Thanks again Paul!

Absolute the best!!! My plumber was from the Orlando office, who traveled about 1 1/2 hours to West Melbourne to replace our water heater. The initial water heater had a manufacturer defect, found after the water heater was connected and installed. Our plumber was not deterred. He went back to the local branch office to retrieve another water heater, and there was none. He then went to a local hardware store, purchased another one and came back to our residence and installed the replacement water heater. I would say this went above and beyond the duty. All knowing that he had several other stops to make in the area - to perform his plumber magic. Grateful for this man and his work ethic.

Extremely professional. Explained my various options with no pressure as to which one to select. DEFINITELY will use Joe for all my plumbing needs. On day 2 he installed a water filtration system. Again his professionalism was beyond reproach. I normally do not recommend anyone or anything but I highly recommend Joseph. He is very very good at what he does and he takes the time to explain everything he is doing to you.

This plumbing business has better pricing then most other plumbing businesses. Also, the plumbers do not look like they were found in the middle of the woods and haven't bathed in weeks and they actually do have plumbing professional knowledge (speaking upon prior experiences). I had an issue with my garbage disposal and my daughter also dropped an earring down the bathroom sink drain. I called a few plumbing business and I was told that the hourly rate was going to add up to become similar to a mortgage payment until I called Benjamin Franklin. Their prices were great in comparison so they sent out a plumber the very next day (fast service) named Paul Keener. Paul came out to inspect my disposal and to journey into my bathroom sink pipes to rescue the stranded earring. Paul examined the disposal and gave a diagnosis with multiple options to repair. Paul also rescued the long lost earring which made our day because it belonged to my grandmother who passed away a year ago. He also explained that Benjamin Franklin offers LIFETIME warranties on water heaters! FYI normally the warranties for these are 2-3 years from plumbing businesses AND this is a must if you own your own home because water heaters do eventually become a nightmare after their life expectancy is over (I wish I would have known about their lifetime warranty before when my water heater died horrifically). We are so grateful to Paul and will be asking for him to come out if we have any other issues with plumbing or in need of future jewelry rescuing.
