Kevin Bradley and Myles Goatley came to my parents’ home, and the entire experience, from the initial diagnosis to the final repair, was excellent. During the first visit, they took the time to thoroughly assess the issue, explain what was happening, and outline the steps needed to fix it. They returned for a second visit to complete the job, and the quality of their work was just as impressive. They were efficient, respectful of the home, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before they left. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right really stood out. We had a water leak; Ben Franklin responded quickly and repaired the leak on February 2, 2026. The 1st technician noticed a few other areas of concern. This being are secondary home, we thought it a good idea to have these issues addressed. We scheduled the balance of the repairs to be completed on another date. The 2nd technician repaired the balance of the issues. Both Kevin and Marshall were on time and great to interact with! We did have a stumble on the billing side, but this matter was resolved with a call to Elliott. Thank you to all!

Glad I did my research and found the perfect plumber. I recently just bought my house and needed to get a gas line installed for the dryer. They sent Ryan the next day and explained everything to me that needed to be done and came back the next day to complete the job.
