Dave and Dan were both professional and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to get our plumbing issues resolved. Only a 1 day turn around from the estimate to the repair. Great work gentleman!

Had a hot water heater go out at 10 at nite. Called everyone and Ben Franklin night attendant on phone was so kind and said she'd try first thing in AM. The plumber Dave came at 8. Called first and was very courteous. Efficient and experienced. Explained what he was doing and why it went bad. Clearly explained pricing. Hector came and installed a faucet outside and was the same experienced and precise worker as Dave. They even vacuumed! We recommend them for your plumbing needs. Dave and Hector are a 5 star team.

Joe was great and answered all my extensive questions and did not rush me to make a choice. He was very personable and shared professional insight and personal preferences when asked. He demonstrated his career knowledge in a clear understandable manner which was greatly appreciated. This was my first experience with Ben Franklin plumbing and was very pleased with their customer service. Even my pets were happy with their visit and friendliness.

Dave was not only Helpful in assisting to diagnose the issue I was having, he was above and beyond kind and helpful in communicating the issue in a way I would understand and helping to convey it to my landlord.
