A very big thank you to Jeremiah and his other technician, along with Joral for organizing and installing a new hot water tank. The company's estimate was reasonable, itemized and transparent. Installation was done professionally, safely and everything was tidied up perfectly upon completion. Wow!!! Talk about great customer service! These guys provide it. Oh and they do a superb job of repair too. I highly recommend Jeff as a service tech. He came to repair my kitchen faucet and literally got more than he bargained for. He dealt with the issues that were present with impressive skill and finesse. Ben Carr came to my house identified the problem with my fireplace tested my components and found the problem and solved it with four AA batteries. My fireplace now works and I’m very happy with my technicians service. I was so pleased that I joined the annual membership and Ben Carr is quite a friendly person. He has a bright future ahead of him.
