I would have appreciated a more detailed invoice, but otherwise the service was fine and even included a modifications to make future shutoffs easier. Update: Jeff came back to take care of the leak that remained after a different crew had installed a new water line to the house. He took a lot of time to try tracking down the source of the leak, and because he was unable to do so definitively he called dispatch And scheduled the firm’s leak detection crew to come back the next day. All of this was under warranty, so there was no charge. I found all this very satisfactory and good service.

Jeffery did a great job, at our house early, didn't waste time, was done in a jippy. He even went the extra mile and tighten up my tank the toilet, improving on the repair work I started on our toilet. Everything looks professional, and even better than what the contractor did when they built the house.

For the first time since I moved into my house I’ve been able to take a HOT shower. Jeff did an excellent job recommending and installing the perfect water heater to meet my needs. He took the time to explain all the features and benefits of my new water heater. He worked around my crazy work schedule to get it installed fast.
