After receiving a few quotes for my water heater to be replaced, I chose Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because of their professionalism and attention to detail. Mike did an excellent job walking through the steps of what to expect and answering my questions. My very old galvanized pipes added some bumps in the replacement process, but Mike was quick to keep me updated on solutions and next steps to ensure the best quality. I would recommend this company for future plumbing needs.

Kevin & Evan did an AMAZING job installing my new faucet. I am so so pleased. I purchased a new house and had a corroded faucet that needed to be replaced. They were able to come with about 12 hours notice to install. The holes in the counter were not the right size, but Evan and Kevin added caulk making it unnoticeable and a perfect fit. They were also incredibly efficient with the project completing it in ~2 hours. I would really like to compliment their professionalism and upbeat attitudes. I was especially impressed by Kevin’s apprentice/ assistant (?), Evan, who was enthusiastic, positive, skilled, and excited about his job and this project. He will certainly go far!!! I purchased a 100 year old house and am confident I will have more plumbing needs and will be SURE to use Kevin & Evan again!

Excellent Excellent service professional. Dave set me up with a Rheem hot water heater, said would take 2-3 hours he was done in 2. I am do glad we used BF. Dave gave us great service.

I had a leaking outside tap and washing machine. Cody came out fixed the inside drip there and then and gave me a price on the tap. We made an appointment to have him come and have a new one installed. On the day he called to say he could come earlier. Even better!! I now have a new outside tap and I wouldn’t have known he’d been he left no mess! Cody is a huge credit to the company. Polite, respectful and does a superb job. He also smells nice!

Great service! Kevin was our plumber yesterday and was very skilled, helpful, and friendly. Great to work with! He replaced our old leaking main floor toilet and kept us advised through the entire process. We’re very pleased with the work he did and with the great customer service at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We definitely will keep them in mind for any future projects.
