Great service! Kevin was our plumber yesterday and was very skilled, helpful, and friendly. Great to work with! He replaced our old leaking main floor toilet and kept us advised through the entire process. We’re very pleased with the work he did and with the great customer service at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We definitely will keep them in mind for any future projects.

Cody V. did an excellent job. Friendly and efficient. I called a few places for a price quote on an issue we had for one of our toilets and Ben Franklin Plumbing was the best priced and had great flexibility in getting me an appointment quickly. Highly recommend Cory and Ben Franklin Plumbing.

I had a leaking outside tap and washing machine. Cody came out fixed the inside drip there and then and gave me a price on the tap. We made an appointment to have him come and have a new one installed. On the day he called to say he could come earlier. Even better!! I now have a new outside tap and I wouldn’t have known he’d been he left no mess! Cody is a huge credit to the company. Polite, respectful and does a superb job. He also smells nice!

This was my first experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and everyone was great! Cody installed my water heater and was clean, timely, and communicated everything he did. He even took time to pet the dogs. It was nice to see the owner promptly come and helping him get the old heavy tank out from the basement!!
