This was our first time using Ben Franklin Plumbing Service. They are very professional, knowledgeable, kind & courteous. This was a toilet issue & will be coming back, even though our issue is solved, by our choice continuing on with their services. They were very mindful of our schedule with the fact that we are having them return. Dave was wonderful & he brought his apprentice Cody with him. Nice job guys!! Next visit- review continues- after 2nd service, by our choice mind you- Cody and Dave returned at scheduled time. These gentlemen are all that. After completion of the job at hand, you won’t even know they were there, as your area worked in/on is all nice and clean. I’m particular… “and you should meet my husband”. We called Benjamin Franklin for our water heater replacement - they were here within an HOUR. The work Cody put in was second to none. He was personable, knowledgable and funny! We will recommend BF to everyone we know! And the price - NEVER go to a big box store for what you need - these guys are 100% THANK YOU!!!

Amazing service. We were not sure who to go with for a fair price. They gave us the chance to talk to other contractors and we're willing to even meet us that same day. Just the customer service alone made us cancel the other quotes. Something felt right. They were professional and got it done the same day. The next day the light on the tank was beeping and they came right out immediately after calling and fixed the issue (just something simple). We have had hot water for over two months with NO problems and it didn't brake the bank.

I'm grateful for having received a recommendation for BF plumbing! Bob got me setup with an appointment and was able to answer all of my initial questions. Tyler came out to look at exactly what needed to be done and provided a reasonable quote. On the day of the repair he was on time and finished the job with the help of David and Cody, an apprentice. I'm glad to see they are training guys as they expand their business. Thanks for the awesome work! We'll be sure to go with you in the future.

Jay fixed my issue about a month ago quickly and at a very reasonable price, but I knew it was a temporary fix due to my 70 year old pipes. I was pleasantly surprised the clean out lasted so long, especially with a toddler complicating things. When it was time to replace everything, I had to call them, and I was not disappointed. I’m no stranger to plumbing issues but am new to the area, and as any homeowner knows, the quality and price of plumbing varies so much. I could not be more happy I found Jay at Benjamin Franklin. I will never use another plumber!
