I work for a pretty big apartment complex. It’s hard to find good plumbers nowadays I could not even find anybody to barely answer their phone let alone come fix my issue. Pat in the office was awesome and knowledgeable. Got me hooked right up with an appointment. Nick came out. The very next day went through a problem-solving scenario figured out the issue came back the next day and had everything done way before expected. I am super happy and I will be putting them as my main contact for all my maintenance man to call for all our plumbing needs. I highly recommend anyone else use them as well!! Cody and his partner were fabulous. They were here within 20 minutes of my request and the job was fixed in time for me to take a shower and go to work. I would highly recommend and will use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the future and recommend them to everyone I am!

Mike Brown with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing inspected our shower where we had a leak. He did a thorough, non-invasive investigation and determined that the problem was most likely due to tile crack(s). He recommended another company to provide a quote for tile repair. I thought Mike was professional, open, straight forward and honest, based on my experience.

After receiving a few quotes for my water heater to be replaced, I chose Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because of their professionalism and attention to detail. Mike did an excellent job walking through the steps of what to expect and answering my questions. My very old galvanized pipes added some bumps in the replacement process, but Mike was quick to keep me updated on solutions and next steps to ensure the best quality. I would recommend this company for future plumbing needs.
