Cody Velthouse did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable, explained our options, then did the work we chose in a professional and quick fashion. He even cleaned up everything around him when he completed the pipe replacements. He was very pleasant and respected our property (wearing booties over his shoes). My wife and I were very satisfied with Cody's work.

After receiving a few quotes for my water heater to be replaced, I chose Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because of their professionalism and attention to detail. Mike did an excellent job walking through the steps of what to expect and answering my questions. My very old galvanized pipes added some bumps in the replacement process, but Mike was quick to keep me updated on solutions and next steps to ensure the best quality. I would recommend this company for future plumbing needs.

This is our second time to use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We called and were able to schedule a next day appointment. Tyler was prompt and very courteous. He identified the leak under our sink quickly and was able to fix it. He has quoted our water softener system, very straight forward pricing. I look forward to having him install our system and am confident it will be another good experience!

Ben Franklin did a fine job. Called them Sat afternoon for water leak where I had to shut down house main. They were onsite in a couple of hours. Mike was the tech and did a professional job. Super happy with their work and would recommend them.

They came quickly and were affordable. Cody was patient and calming when trying to figure out root cause issues. Cody was informative, helpful and was promptly. So grateful that he was able to get me in even on a holiday week to replace two toilets!
