Quick and very professional service! Our plumber Kenny was outstanding throughout the entire process of replacing our water heater.

Sam Barclay came out today to do a plumbing inspection. He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He called before arriving to let me know when he would arrive. He provided education about my water quality, and made suggestions for improvements. He gave options for dealing with a toilet leak. I have a Maintenance plan, so I didn't have to pay any additional for this inspection, which was very thorough.

Chad came to inspect our current water filtration system, and give us a quote on a new system. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and provided us with a variety of options while explaining what each components purpose is. We felt he was honest and trustworthy and didn’t try to up sale on items we didn’t need. We’re still deciding on what we’ll have installed so another review may be coming soon. Update: Had BF install a new home filtration system including a larger water pressure tank, UV filter, water softener, and sediment filters. Installation went with a few minor hiccups but the end we’re happy with our system and service!

Chad and Will were great. They moved my water conditioner and installed a new hot water heater. Chad was great when I asked him to also do the plumbing for a utility sink between my washer and dryer. Will was great on installing my new cooktop. Would recommend those two for any of your plumbing or gas needs.
