Lee Jester and his crew did a masterful job in installing our new sewer line which was complicated by the fact that we were sharing our old sewer line with our neighbor. They minimized disruption to our water uses by keeping us operational during the replacement process. Lee is also an expert in operating the excavator in tight spaces to insure no damage to external infrastructure. Final repairs should be completed today or tomorrow.

Lee Jester with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is awesome! We have had numerous projects done from boiler work to replace/reroute piping. Professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Takes time to explain things in layman terms. Highly recommend Lee and his team at BFP!!!!

Walked into our house after the holidays and found a broken well tank spewing water everywhere under the house. Also had water in between walls that had destroyed one bathroom and much of our living room hardwood floors. It was 6:30pm when we called. Within a couple of hours a lovely young man named Anthony came to help us. There wasn’t much he could do then except shut everything off, but was back the next day with another great co-worker Lee. They worked so hard for hours and got my well pump fixed and I had water again! They went beyond the call of duty and found the other destructive lead was actually our roof. They did an amazing job. I’d recommend them to anyone here on the Eastern Shore VA.

Our drain pipe repair was done professionally and efficiently. Mike and Noah arrived on time and were both friendly and knowledgeable. They performed the repair and cleaned up before leaving. It was a great experience.

Needed the septic tank drain field repaired or replaced due to PepUp rolling their gas tank trasnporter over the outlet from the tank and crushing it. After conversing with Lee I decided replacing the unknown condition 1940s drain field was the best option. They were here for two days and did a great job, cleaned up afterwards and even raked the soil smooth.
