Cory was great! Stopped by for a “quick fix” with a shower faucet and due to our antiquated dual knob system hit some road blocks. I had patched myself a few times before since taking ownership of the home, but we agreed it was time for an overhaul to a new system. Cory quoted appropriately before starting and stayed way after hours to complete the job when he could have easily postponed the start till tomorrow. Great attitude and highly appreciate his willingness to see the job through with all the unknown road blocks. Highly recommend his service! It’s nice to find a reliable source in the community.

Cory was great to work with. He had good ideas and was successful at solving the problem. I am grateful he was available so quickly. He cleaned up the area when finished. He was professional and very efficient. I'm glad we called Benjamin Franklin!

I was super impressed with this company. The manager, Trey came to give me a free estimate and was really helpful. When it came time for my appointment Hunter and his team helped me. He listened to my concerns, confirmed Trey’s initial findings and remedied the problem so quick. I was grateful he gave me tips to avoid having to call them back in the future. I would absolutely recommend again.

Was able to get someone to our home same day. We had a clogged drain and Randy was able to find the problem right away and get the issues resolved immediately. Very friendly and great service!
