Arthur was patient, and very informative in explaining what was required in order to resolve the issues. Such a warm and caring person you have working for your company, Benjamin Franklin ! Sean did a great job of explaining the leak in our shower and the steps needed to repair it. He was punctual, very helpful and accommodating. We are very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend him.

James and Luke were able to arrive earlier than planned which was very helpful for me. They did a great job. They were quick, friendly, explained what they had to do, and how much it would cost before they did the work. Communication is important to me and I felt like their communication was second to none. I recommend their services to anyone that has plumbing issues!

Howard was knowledgeable and prompt. They charged nothing for the visit and my estimate- and they were the fastest response I got with their online booking tool. So all good there. The estimate/quote seemed a little high, but if you want fast and reliable- these guys are great!

So grateful we found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I noticed a leak under our kitchen sink Friday night, and I called multiple companies who said the earliest they could look at it was Monday. I finally called Benjamin Franklin and they were able to get me an appointment the following morning. Andrew D. communicated his arrival time well, and was so friendly and helpful during the appointment. He quickly figured out the problem and provided transparent, all inclusive pricing. He was even able to address another minor plumbing issue for us while he was here. I will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you!

Tyler and Liam came to my house to do a very extensive plumbing job. Pretty much everything in the house. They were here for two days. They were so knowledgeable and thorough. Making sure everything was done correctly and complete. And that was not easy in my house. And they were fun to be around. Thank you guys!

The service was fantastic but the warranty for Rheem is not available for emergency parts on weekends. We had no hot water for 5 days Friday to Tuesday waiting for parts. Word to the wise don't breakdown on a Friday eve. But Logan was great. Maybe Rheem will get them Emergency parts someday on hand.
