Brandon fought through issues all day, and kept trying things until something worked! Appreciate his attitude and friendliness.

Brandon at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was amazing today! He got my old gas water heater swapped out for a brand new one. Their team was so personable and helpful. They were at my house the day after I called and got the work done on the first visit. Highly recommend!

Brandon is very professional and ensured the highest customer satisfaction, offering tips on how to better maintain our home’s water softener and water system. He provided prompt responses and reliable service. I will recommend Brandon of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to my friends.

Ethan showed up exactly on time. Diagnosed the problem with my kitchen sink leak and showed me what was wrong and told me what was needed to fix the problem. Told me the cost and got my approval before he did the work. I thought the price was very reasonable. Took about an hour. Besides being efficient he was friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again.
