Our sewage pipe had some sort of blockage. Mr. Israel Romero arrived promptly and was able to diagnose and resolve the issue. His van, uniform and communication skills made me aware that I was dealing with a professional company. He explained the process and kept me informed throughout the work. At my request, he was able to inspect the pipe with a camera to ensure there was no damage. I really appreciate his professionalism and the information that he provided. After the work was done, he cleaned the work area. I am VERY Pleased and so is my wife!

He also told me things that I did not need work which was much different than other plumbers in the past who would just tell me to take care of many things that seemed ok to me.
