Tom kessinger did an excellent job installing our new water heater and explaining the process along the way. We will definitely be recommending to people and using Benjamin Franklin plumbing again. Friendly, fast and clean work.

Barry called 25 mins before arriving & he arrived promptly 25 mins after that call! He then quickly fixed the low water pressure issue that was plaguing certain areas of my home for months! I told him what I had tried already, cleaning the aerator, checking for leaks, and he took my statements into consideration and was able to quickly remove the faucets and shower heads and clear the water line of sediment that had built up from the storms causing my water to be off for months. We appreciated Barry’s professionalism friendliness and great communication. He easily diagnosed the problem, gave us several options and added extra email contracts so my brother and I could both help our dad get the work scheduled. We had the pleasure of having Tom K as our technician today - absolute most professional, thorough and respectful technician I have encountered in some time.
