Tyler was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable about the products, fast, prompt, and friendly. My hot water heater had been leaking for three days. I had called over five different providers, including Hillard Maynard, and none of them were within my price range. Additionally, none of them were as timely or responsive as the service I received from Benjamin Franklin.
David was amazing! He showed up when he said he would, made sure we understood exactly what was going on, and was courteous of our time. He left the space cleaner than when he came, and most importantly solved our issue quickly!
We had a serious leak that was not easy to get to, and David Gomez was able to work us into his schedule on a Friday. He did a fast assessment and clearly explained what needed to be done. He was able to fix the leak and replaced the broken fixture with one that will be much better. This was excellent and fast service!
