Jason, The tech who came out to give me a quote was extremely kind! I sadly don't have good credit nor did I have the money to get a new water heater. This wonderful company answered my prayers today! They are donating a water heater and installing it free of charge! They are the only company that didn't turn there back on us! Ben Franklin plumbing is the best and very reasonable to boot! Each time I have been impressed with the quality of technicians who come to my home. One such technician was Forrest Grant. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and extremely competent. My kitchen garbage disposal and PVC pipes were clogged with rice everywhere. What a big mistake! (Never do that.) Nonetheless, Forrest Grant, my plumber was patient and kind in spite of the difficult task ahead. The task was accomplished in a timely manner with finesse. Because of plumbers like him, I would highly recommend Ben Franklin plumbing to everyone! He deserves 6 stars!!!

I call your Benjamin Franklin plumbing on Friday and got an appointment for that Monday and they said someone would be between 8 and noon. On that Monday Adam Reeves called 30 minutes before he showed up and he was at my door about 9 am right on time. when Adam showed up he was very nice he came in and used special booties when every he came in and out the house. Adam was very polite and courteous the whole time. Adam also informed me of everything he was doing as he did the job. I loved was satisfied with his work. great job Adam

Around 4PM yesterday, a leak was discovered in the lavatory in our bathroom. I called your office and asked them to send Brandon Moore to come and fix the leak because Mr. Moore had done some plumbing work for us before. Apparently, the lady who answered the phone got in touch with Mr. Moore. A couple of minutes later, Mr. Moore called me to say he was finishing a job in Irondale and would come to our house ASAP. He arrived around 40 minutes later, and ten minutes later the leak was fixed and has not leaked since. Mr. Moore was very pleasant and obviously knew exactly how to stop the leak. We were both pleased with his work and will call your company and ask for him should we need a plumber again. Thank you, Mr. Moore!

Being a first time homeowner my basement has about 5 inches of water in it when I came home from work. I called at 8pm and there was a technician at my house within 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Fixed our issues quickly, gave us tips to look into and was incredibly professional. As well the prices were hundreds less than we expected. Thank you so much!!! I have a well and on Saturday I had NO water. Every place I called could not see me on the weekend, until I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Chrissy came on Sunday, all the way from Philadelphia to Lincoln, DE. She diagnosed the problem and explained in detail how things work and what my problem was. She promised to return first thing Monday to replace my Pressure Tank and Gauge. She arrived by 10:00 AM, again from Philly, along with her helper, Rich. After replacing the tank and gauge, it was determined my pump also needed to be replaced, a possibility she had warned me about, so that was no surprise. Chrissy and Rich worked diligently all day to make sure my water was restored. They were both very courteous and respectful of my home. It was very cold outside and under my house, but their main concern was my complete satisfaction. Everything was cleaned up as if they had never been here. I received a very nice discount on the pump, since it was added later, even though Chrissy had told me it might be a possibility. I highly recommend this company and particularly Chrissy and Rich.

Very pleased with professionalism today provided by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. My appointment was made late yesterday afternoon and the plumber was here at the beginning of the 12-4 window today. I ask a lot of questions and Tyler answered them all. I will not hesitate to use this company for future plumbing needs.

Called the night before and came the next morning and fixed my hot water heater the same day! Excellent service and Josh H was very professional and to the point of what we needed! I was very pleased with the quick turnaround and was very happy with my service! We will be using for any further problems in our home!
