Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was everything I could’ve asked for and more. Ethan was so respectful and happy to answer all my questions!! He kept me updated through out the entire process & made sure I was informed of all my options. He definitely showed me he takes pride in his job and his attention to detail in his work shows! He replaced my shower handle stem and handle. Complete Install of a new main water shutoff with a pressure regulator valve, and an expansion tank, both of which entailed very restricting and difficult location and placement. Luckily Ethan’s positive attitude and efficient work relieved the stress of such a big, unexpected repair. Great experience. Absolutely happy with my choice. 100% recommend. 10/10.

Jordan came out to clear a clog and was polite, knowledgeable and quick. Couldn't ask for better service, even was able to move the appointment to help us out a little earlier than expected. All in all taken care of in less than a day, great experience Bill came out for a water heater check and was awesome. Everything looked good with the new house and was able to pick his brain for a bit while he was here. Best part was being a part of their membership club made the visit free 👍 definitely recommend

Very impressed with this company! Our plumbing issue caused us to turn the water off to the whole house, so Ben Franklin plumbing marked my request as urgent and was able to squeeze me in, and someone was at our house in a few hours. Bill was very thorough and explained all our options to us. Pricing was fair and his work was good quality. Would definitely recommend!

This was our first time using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and we were very happy with the service we received. Calling and scheduling was a breeze and they were able to get to us quickly. Chris was very professional and friendly and did a great job getting our sink, faucet, and disposal installed. Highly recommend!
