I attempted to rebuild my toilets and ran into trouble. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and got an appt the same day...a Saturday. Eric came called early (which i appreciated) and got started right away. He took time to explain what happened and make sure I was pleased with my repairs. He cleaned up well and even repacked the kit I had bought so i can return it. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Eric in particular!

Jordan was very courteous and efficient in dealing with my service call. He reviewed with me the issues that I was experiencing and then diagnosed the needed repairs. He then reviewed options with expecting pricing prior to working on my problem. Before beginning the work, he answered each of my questions so that I was comfortable with what would be done. He was very professional, and after the work was done, confirmed that my issues were resolved. He even made pictures of my water heater so that I could apply for a rebate from Spire. I appreciate and was very pleased with the professional and courteous manner in which he handled my service call.

Please request ERIC when using this company. I Had to have them come out at almost midnight due to a busted pipe under our house. Not only was Eric extremely professional, he was so polite and very thorough when explaining what was being repaired and prices. It was nice to interact with someone on a professional level that actually enjoy their job. He wasn’t upset that he had to get up and come out at almost midnight, he was grateful that he had a job and that is not something you see often anymore. He done a fantastic job and had it fixed in no time. Definitely recommend. Before and after pics below.

Ryder was sent to my house to figure out why I had no hot water. He was very personable and made me and my new kitten feel like we were in good hands. He explained what was wrong, gave me options but never pushed me to “spend more”. I am glad I went with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I recommend them for their fast work, great prices, excellent warranty and wonderful customer service. A 5 Star Company! ALTHOUGH IM STILL WAITING ON MY INVOICE AND WARRANTY.
