He clearly described the maintenance he would do on my water treatment system and the price, then completed the work in about an hour. I also asked him for a quote on replacing my tank water heater and he quickly provided 3 quotes and explained the difference between them. Complete satisfaction with this service visit.

We hired Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for the first time today, and we are so happy that we did. Our wall-mounted bathroom sink was coming away from the wall, and it looked like it could fall down any minute. Jerry arrived perfectly on time, was very friendly and professional, and clearly explained how he would re-mount the sink to make sure it was stable and safe. He worked very carefully to drill new holes in the wall and add the proper anchors, checking multiple times that the sink would be level. We could tell that he had his own high standards for how the job would be done, and he made sure that the sink was draining at the proper rate, without any leaks, when he was finished. Other plumbers have taken the sink down and reattached it in the past, but now we see that they’ve never done it properly. The sink now looks better than it ever has, thanks to Jerry. We look forward to hiring Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for our other plumbing needs in the future!
