I can’t say enough great things about Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! They sent out Gene, and he was absolutely amazing. From the moment he arrived, Gene was professional, friendly, and straight to the point. He quickly pinpointed the exact issue, explained the solution clearly, and didn’t waste any time getting it fixed. His communication was excellent, and I felt confident in everything he was doing. What really stood out was how efficient and thorough he was. He not only solved the problem without hesitation, but he also cleaned up afterward, leaving everything spotless. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, professionalism, and friendliness all in one, but Gene definitely delivered. Such a great company with great technicians! We had the pleasure working with Gene, and he was very upfront and honest about the work that would need to be done for a gas line to a fire pit. I could tell he genuinely cared and wasn’t here just for the sale. I had no idea where the gas line even was for the fire pit, and he helped me track it down and explained everything in layman’s terms. Highly recommend!

We had Carter and Gene come to our facility and give us a thorough analysis of the issue at hand. They were professional and honest. We had an issue with a crew that was putting in utility lines in our yard and they hit a water line. I immediately called Austin at Benjamin Franklin and he was more than helpful. His experience and expertise put my wife and I at ease and helped us to know how to discuss and resolve the issue with the crew digging in our yard. Austin went above and beyond.
