We had an issue with a crew that was putting in utility lines in our yard and they hit a water line. I immediately called Austin at Benjamin Franklin and he was more than helpful. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! They are quick to respond, offer free evaluations and very fair pricing. Kevvon is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! Today he came to my office to evaluate my water heater that wasn’t heating the water. Another company told me I needed new heating elements at the cost of $1282.89. Kevvon, being thorough, discovered the circuit breaker to the water heater was off. He reset it, the water got hot and he saved me $1282.89!
