We've been a customer of Benjamin Franklin for some time now and have recommended to many neighbors. We recently received an outrageous water bill which turned out to be a main water line leak. We called and were told to expect a technician that afternoon, but he was able to come even quicker. He confirmed the water line was leaking and coordinated the major replacement within 1 day. Ryan even came back for a 3rd day just to make sure the yard was back in the shape he found it. Other than the water bill, great experience!

From the moment he arrived, Gene was professional, friendly, and straight to the point. He quickly pinpointed the exact issue, explained the solution clearly, and didn’t waste any time getting it fixed. His communication was excellent, and I felt confident in everything he was doing. What really stood out was how efficient and thorough he was. He not only solved the problem without hesitation, but he also cleaned up afterward, leaving everything spotless. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, professionalism, and friendliness all in one, but Gene definitely delivered. If I ever have another plumbing issue, there’s no doubt I’ll be calling Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again, and I’ll definitely be asking for Gene!

Another stellar service by Gene! Removed and replaced our old 24 year old toilet (builders grade) - which was the culprit of the noise we were hearing (followed by the infamous thud). They call this service the "swap" because I purchased the toilet (a Kohler 12" round bowl from HD), and they swap out the old one for the new. Fantastic job and amazing, friendly service as always. I have used many different plumbing companies in the past, but I can genuinely say that I would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone who has plumbing needs. They showed up on time and were extremely professional. Gene was very meticulous in his work, and even took time to teach me a few things! If you are looking for a local plumbing company that is reliable, responsive, and has a great attention to detail, then these guys are for you! We will certainly be using them again in the future.

Such a great company with great technicians! We had the pleasure working with Gene, and he was very upfront and honest about the work that would need to be done for a gas line to a fire pit. I could tell he genuinely cared and wasn’t here just for the sale. I had no idea where the gas line even was for the fire pit, and he helped me track it down and explained everything in layman’s terms. Highly recommend!
