Dominic Turner deserves 10 star's he was very knowledgeable and professional he answered all my questions he made sure everything was perfect he installed a new toilet and a new hot water heater and double check everything to make sure it worked properly and he cleaned up all the trash I had left over he has to be the best technician they have I was 💯 satisfied with everything and will definitely call them again every time !!!
Gerald was awsome but he had to change the price that I agreed on. It wasn't his fault, he tried to help us safe money. I was disappointed with the price that he was told for the job. I agreed because I liked his personality and I felt he was honest compared to the others. I had to get the job done asap 😩. I am tight with money but it is what it is. 🤷.

I have little plumbing experience and had a small leak on a water supply valve for a toilet that I tried to replace myself. I couldn't get it to stop leaking.I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to come out on a Sunday because I had to shut off the water. I was told that my service tech wold be there before 6:00 pm. What time did he arrive? Before 6:00 pm. I was so relieved when he knocked. Brian was able to show me what I might have done wrong(Teflon tape isn't actually needed on a compression fitting). Great service right when I needed it. Thank you.
