Dominic Turner deserves 10 star's he was very knowledgeable and professional he answered all my questions he made sure everything was perfect he installed a new toilet and a new hot water heater and double check everything to make sure it worked properly and he cleaned up all the trash I had left over he has to be the best technician they have I was 💯 satisfied with everything and will definitely call them again every time !!! Great experience. Moreau and Jeremy might be new working together, but to me they seemed like they have for years. Great commradery. Great communication. They worked all day installing a water heater, water filtration system, multiple faucets and bathroom fixtures. I am positive I am missing more, but the work looks professional and clean. Both were gentlemen, except when they were stealing eachother's tools, just kidding. 😉 I enjoyed our conversations and they made me comfortable right away. Great job, and it was a pleasure to have them both here while also getting to know them a little bit. If I ever have to make a call for assistance, I will definitely be asking for them. What an excellent job was done! The plumbers were very knowledgeable, communicated very well, Letting us know exactly what they did and how they did it! The cleanup was excellent! I could not have had a better experience!! They ran a camera to see if there were any issues and where the issues were and then they did the Jet stream cleaning, put in a clean out. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing!
