Mike and Chris were excellent! My husband and I were pleased to have our slab leak repaired in one day. Communication before and during the repair was helpful, since we were unsure how extensive it might be once the area was dug out. We would highly recommend both Mike and Chris. We also feel good about now being a Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Club member, to hopefully prevent a problem before it gets out of control.

We had an appointment with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing today, our technician was Chris Lang and he did an awesome job. He was on time explained everything that needed to be done and finished in good time. He fixed both toilets as well as installed a new shower drain. To fix the drain he had to crawl under our double wide in 90+ degree heat and humidity. I really appreciate Chris’ work and won’t hesitate to use Benjamin Franklin again.

Had a pretty good leak at the spigot on the outside of the house. Benjamin. Franklin sent Brian out that very same afternoon. I was on a strict budget that day and can only afford so much. The estimated repairs are out of my price range. The owner was gracious enough to help work with my budget.But unfortunately the cost of the repairs exceeded my expectations. Brian was nice enough to contain the leak the best he could to buy me some time until I have the funds for this repair. Thanks boss man for your compassion and courtesy, and thank you Brian for coming out and helping me!!! I will be calling you in the future for sure! As corny as it sounds, these people have genuine compassion for their customers!

I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing this morning to replace 3 of my bathroom faucets. (I had originally had the appointment scheduled yesterday with Roto-rooter, but the technician, Manny was a no show and no call.). BF Plumbing was able to get a technician, Chris scheduled to come this morning at 10:30. Chris was so professional; he did an exceptional job and completed the replacements in a timely manner. On the phone prior to the appointment, I had told Chris he needed to be finished by 12:45 in the afternoon. He finished with a couple minutes to spare. I will definitely request Chris on my next plumbing project. 👍 👍
