Chris was early for water heater estimate, he was knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns, we had other estimates but decided to go with Ben Franklin because Chris made us feel comfortable he wasn’t just trying to sell us something. We went with a tankless water heater, install was fast and clean. Gabriel the electrician came to do his part he was fast and efficient him and his partner explained everything and cleaned up before leaving they were friendly and respectful , even asked for an estimate on something else I liked them so much.
