They graciously donated a toilet and installation for Cudas Unhooked in New Smyrna Beach, supporting our mission to help local homeless and at-risk youth. Not only did they install their donated toilet, but they also went above and beyond by installing two additional toilets donated by another vendor. A huge thank you to Dave Crousnse and Elliott Russian for their kindness and community spirit, and to Michael Peterson for his outstanding work. Michael was professional, efficient, and respectful of our space—he had everything installed and cleaned up in under four hours, even taking away the old toilets. We are so grateful for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing’s generosity and excellent service. Highly recommend this team for anyone looking for reliable, community-minded professionals!

I work for a management company in St Augustine. Saturday around 4-5 pm we had an issue at one of our properties. Our normal local vendor was not available. I contacted no less than 8 plumbers who say they have emergency service and none would come out. I couldn’t believe that as again it was still fairly early, it wasn’t like it was 1 am. The next on the google list was Benjamin Franklin plumbing. The person who answered was friendly and very helpful. They worked with their dispatch to make sure someone would be out. They explained it would not be for a few hours but someone would be out. I got a call around 8:30 from Chris the tech who would be coming. He told me he was on his way and what time he would be there. Chris arrived right when he said he would. I must say Chris was fantastic. This is an older property in the heart of downtown, so things were not easy. Chris worked through everything and resolved the issue. I can’t say enough great things about Chris and the entire experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. From now on, they will be my first call when I need a plumbing vendor.

Mike and Chris were excellent! My husband and I were pleased to have our slab leak repaired in one day. Communication before and during the repair was helpful, since we were unsure how extensive it might be once the area was dug out. We would highly recommend both Mike and Chris. We also feel good about now being a Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Club member, to hopefully prevent a problem before it gets out of control.

Chris Lang was my Plumber this morning and not only did he arrive early, but he was VERY through! I showed him what I needed, he wrote a few notes down, and while I was outside with my puppy he came out to let me know he was done! Although he had to fix the mistakes of the prior plumber, he made a great impression of someone I'd want again to help with my 1st home!! I will definitely be giving him a call for my water filtration system soon!!
