They graciously donated a toilet and installation for Cudas Unhooked in New Smyrna Beach, supporting our mission to help local homeless and at-risk youth. Not only did they install their donated toilet, but they also went above and beyond by installing two additional toilets donated by another vendor. A huge thank you to Dave Crousnse and Elliott Russian for their kindness and community spirit, and to Michael Peterson for his outstanding work. Michael was professional, efficient, and respectful of our space—he had everything installed and cleaned up in under four hours, even taking away the old toilets. Mike and Chris were excellent! My husband and I were pleased to have our slab leak repaired in one day. Communication before and during the repair was helpful, since we were unsure how extensive it might be once the area was dug out. We would highly recommend both Mike and Chris. We also feel good about now being a Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Club member, to hopefully prevent a problem before it gets out of control.

We had an appointment with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing today, our technician was Chris Lang and he did an awesome job. He was on time explained everything that needed to be done and finished in good time. He fixed both toilets as well as installed a new shower drain. To fix the drain he had to crawl under our double wide in 90+ degree heat and humidity. I really appreciate Chris’ work and won’t hesitate to use Benjamin Franklin again.
