Chris was awesome! He worked late into the night to replace our leaking water heater, so we would hot water the next day. He answers our questions and helped us understand how a water heater could go bad so quickly (builder grade cheap water heater). We are so thankful to Chris for his hard-work.

Not only did they install their donated toilet, but they also went above and beyond by installing two additional toilets donated by another vendor. Michael was professional, efficient, and respectful of our space—he had everything installed and cleaned up in under four hours, even taking away the old toilets. Chris and Damien were excellent. Came out to give an estimate. They gave us a great deal and told us they can have it done right then and there. SOLD They had the job done in an hr. Very happy with their service.

I work for a management company in St Augustine. Saturday around 4-5 pm we had an issue at one of our properties. Our normal local vendor was not available. I contacted no less than 8 plumbers who say they have emergency service and none would come out. I couldn’t believe that as again it was still fairly early, it wasn’t like it was 1 am. The next on the google list was Benjamin Franklin plumbing. The person who answered was friendly and very helpful. They worked with their dispatch to make sure someone would be out. They explained it would not be for a few hours but someone would be out. I got a call around 8:30 from Chris the tech who would be coming. He told me he was on his way and what time he would be there. Chris arrived right when he said he would. I must say Chris was fantastic. This is an older property in the heart of downtown, so things were not easy. Chris worked through everything and resolved the issue. I can’t say enough great things about Chris and the entire experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. From now on, they will be my first call when I need a plumbing vendor.

Ryan was very competent and thorough. Although all I really wanted was my toilet to work again he made some very good observations throughout my house of things needing work. He presented pros and cons and didn't feel overly pressured to do anything. His work was done right away and he left no mess. I will definitely call him in the future.
