Otis came a few hours later, sized up the situation, and gave us a clear understanding of what the problem was. Unfortunately for us, we needed to replace the water heater entirely, but Otis showed us exactly why. Within a few hours, a new water heater was in place - at a good price - and all was well. Trevor came to our home after my daughter flushed a large item down the toilet and the toilets were clogging. He came very quickly within 3 hours of making the call. He was very honest about the issues and did not attempt to swindle us to spend money that did not need spent. He even spoke to my husband on the phone about a different issue he noticed we had and told him how to fix it. All in all extremely happy with his service and will use in the future!
