Very fast response to our plumbing emergency. Ray came out to assess the situation and offered two options. I made the decision to go ahead and early next morning Cho showed up and worked like a machine all day in the blazing heat to get the job done. He had to remove bricks to get to the problem. When he was done you'd never know anything was ever out of place! I am glad I called them. Thanks, guys!

Very professional employees and office staff. They are responsive and schedule more quickly than many plumbing companies. Also do a good job on the work. I appreciate when plumbers are straightforward and explain what's happening since water can do so much damage in a home. Cree and Mingmar were great to work with (replaced backflow preventer and leaky water heater elbow).

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has been my go to plumbing service for several years. From upgrading my piping to replacing my water heater, they have always performed in a proffesional manner, providing quality workmanship. Today, I discovered an issue with the work they did under my kitchen sink when it was replaced. Still under warranty, they had a plumber out within a few hours and fixed the problem free of charge. This is why they remain my plumbing service.

Awesome job, great service. Plumbing Tech Dustin Sanders completed the job quickly, took care of the problem - clogged drain. We had to move out of the house that weekend, had the C-19 even, I called and they scheduled a visit even though it was a holiday. We arrived about the same time, I kept my social distance and opened the garage and Mr. Sanders was finished with the job by the time I walked through the house to the downstairs. The wireless invoice he sent gave me the documentation to file an insurance claim. That's another story ! We didn't have much conversation, but Dustin Sanders was prompt, courteous, thorough and respectful, really cool guy. I could recite the whole Scout Law about Benjamin Franklin Plumbing - Novato and Dustin Sanders. "A Scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful ..." you know the rest.

Excellent service! I needed a hot water heater check, there were no available appointments, but was told I could be on standby, and they would fit me in that day....less than 90 minutes later the tech was on his way. Jake was friendly, clean and knowledgeable, and was able to solve my problem quickly and professionally. The receptionist was helpful and friendly, too. Very happy with the service, and the price. I will be using Ben Franklin in the future for all my plumbing needs!
