Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has been my go to plumbing service for several years. From upgrading my piping to replacing my water heater, they have always performed in a proffesional manner, providing quality workmanship. Today, I discovered an issue with the work they did under my kitchen sink when it was replaced. Still under warranty, they had a plumber out within a few hours and fixed the problem free of charge. This is why they remain my plumbing service.

Awesome job, great service. Plumbing Tech Dustin Sanders completed the job quickly, took care of the problem - clogged drain. We had to move out of the house that weekend, had the C-19 even, I called and they scheduled a visit even though it was a holiday. We arrived about the same time, I kept my social distance and opened the garage and Mr. Sanders was finished with the job by the time I walked through the house to the downstairs. The wireless invoice he sent gave me the documentation to file an insurance claim. That's another story ! We didn't have much conversation, but Dustin Sanders was prompt, courteous, thorough and respectful, really cool guy. I could recite the whole Scout Law about Benjamin Franklin Plumbing - Novato and Dustin Sanders. "A Scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful ..." you know the rest.

Ben Franklin Plumbing responded as quickly as they could to my emergency of clogged and backed up drains; I called near closing and they got me in first thing in the morning! Their dispatchers and technician were very professional. My technician explained up front, the costs involved, and also gave me information about my sewer system and cause of the blockage. Most of all, I'm extremely happy that I didn't have to search for another plumbing service, especially since this company is only ten minutes away. The price I paid seemed very reasonable; plus, after 17 hours of waiting, my family and I can now use the facilities worry free.

Dusty Sanders evaluated the needed repair to our leaky drain pipe, worked out a cost and time estimate, and process paperwork to get this project completed. He was extremely easy to work with and provided detailed information on the scope of this project. We were very pleased with his services and would highly recommend working with him and Ben Franklin Plumbing. Additionally, Esteban and Gonzalo performed the repair. They were extremely neat and worked diligently to get the repairs done in a timely manner while allowing us to be able to use the plumbing in our house. They left everything clean and neat. We highly recommend both on a job well done!
