Josh was helpful and explained everything thoroughly. He pointed out that I had been told there was a problem when there was no problem. This will save me money. He will handle the installation that I do need. So glad. He and the Benjamin Franklin company are good communicators. They kept me posted about scheduling. I am well pleased.

Josh was able to look at the issue with my water heater immediately. He was professional, courteous and took the time to explain everything he would doing in depth, as well as my options, which I really appreciated.
