I went downstairs in the evening and found our well pump had leaked and flooded our basement. I called Ben Franklin that night and the service technician was able to come early the next day. We ended up getting a full pump and filter replacement. Ira, our technician, was able to get the parts and install the entire pump, new tank and filter, in less than 24 hours after i reported the incident! He did a very thorough job, and was very professional and nice to work with. Excellent service, we will be using them again for projects in the future.

Josh was courteous and professional. He was fast and patient, taking the time to explain what was happening. I didn’t love the final price but my experiences with this business has always been positive. Josh and his partner even found a problem with the other work that was being done in my home that could have proved costly.

Sam was on time and quickly diagnosed the cause of the water leak. He also identified another two issues and efficiently corrected one of them and explained how to monitor the other. He was polite and thorough.

Mr. Dave was able to fix our bathroom tub spout with no issues at all. Benjamin Franklin has some of the best people working for them. Always respectful of your home and making sure to get everything done in an orderly time-frame. I always recommend them to my family and friends.

Dave was great! He assessed my problem and was able to make appropriate repairs efficiently. An issue arose during the repair which Dave was able to address and clearly explain to me. Dave also completed an item outlined on a plumbing checklist done several months ago. He was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Thanks, Dave, for a great experience.
