I went downstairs in the evening and found our well pump had leaked and flooded our basement. I called Ben Franklin that night and the service technician was able to come early the next day. We ended up getting a full pump and filter replacement. Ira, our technician, was able to get the parts and install the entire pump, new tank and filter, in less than 24 hours after i reported the incident! He did a very thorough job, and was very professional and nice to work with. Excellent service, we will be using them again for projects in the future.

Josh did a great job at my house today! He spent the time explaining to me what was happening with my plumbing issue, attempted to resolve the problem with a lower-cost solution, and when we had to do the big job, he got it done quickly and right. On top of all that, he provided some valuable information about the overall piping situation in my house and what I need watch for. Overall, very happy with the service today - and every time I've used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!

Our water heater (20 years old) burst. I turned off the water and called the company at 11 pm. They were able to have a technician out the next morning and schedule a plumber to bring a replacement water heater and install it the day after that. The plumber, Sam, did a great job explaining everything that was happening and would need to happen. He was very professional and got the job done efficiently. Before he left, he made sure that I understand what still needed to happen. There was a part that hadn’t arrived and would necessitate a second visit to finish a flue upgrade. He made sure that everything was working properly and that the old flue worked safely as well as the new water heater. He as thorough and I was able to get back to normal life including nice hot showers. Very pleased with his work, attitude, and communication.

Dave came out and quickly diagnosed the source of the leak and fixed it right away. He helped us figure out the next steps needed to repair the damage from the leak. He was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. We will definitely call Dave for any future plumbing issues.

My annual maintenance of my hot water heater was performed by a very nice and friendly representative named Josh. He arrived on-time and was very respectful of my home. He explained the work to be done as well as inspected my other plumbing fixtures and drains. I was very happy with the work and his recommendations. Josh was friend, professional and knowledgeable.
