Chris Gleis is building his career at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing with a straightforward mindset: show up, do the work, and keep learning as he goes.

Chris came on board after connecting with Chad, the plumbing manager. From the start, what stood out to him was the people and the environment. It felt like a place he could stick with and grow in.
Once he got started, that impression only continued. Plumbing can be tough work, but for Chris, the team and the atmosphere make it worth it.
“The company seems really cool, even though the work can be hard,” he said.
Outside of work, Chris is all about motorcycles 🏍️. He is always riding, but just as often he is tweaking and making adjustments, always looking for ways to improve the setup and make the ride better. He is the kind of guy who is never really “done” with a project, just refining it.
When he is not in the garage, he is out on the road. Chris has a bit of an adventurous side, often taking his bike anywhere within about 100 miles just to explore, find new food spots, and see where the day leads. He is a bit of a foodie too, always down to stop somewhere good along the way.
“Just to cruise around to different food spots,” he said, keeping it simple.
With hands-on experience already under his belt, Chris brings both skill and curiosity to the job every day. He is still building his path in plumbing, but he is doing it the same way he approaches everything else, steady, practical, and always looking for the next small improvement.
