Israel was absolutely wonderful. He was prompt, polite, thorough & very informative & knowledgeable. I'm a new homeowner in a fixer upper and am on a fixed income. He repaired the immediate concern at a very reasonable price, and double checked his work upon completion and showed me exactly what he did. He also paid attention to detail and gave great advice on my project. He spent 3 hours inspecting a prior tradesmen erroneous work & showed me everything that wasn't up to code & required immediate attention due to multiple leaks from previous plumber I couldn't see.
