Jose with Ben Franklin Plumbing came to my home in Lakeland today to install a beautiful whole home water softener/filtration system! I could not be happier with my entire experience! From calling in and talking to a live representative to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me, having Brandon come out and test/inspect my entire system, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and then create different options for me to choose from was so convenient and covered all my concerns as well as some extremely beneficial upgrades!! Then Jose came out on time and was so polite and thorough showing me everything he was doing ahead of time and when he was done he cleaned everything up better than the way he found it!! He also showed me how to use all the amazing features that my new water system offers!! Gustavo the installer is the man! This man goes above and beyond for the customer and his job! He genuinely cares about the service provided and about his customers. Very knowledgeable in his trade and very friendly. True definition of being treated like family and not just a customer. This guy deserves more than 5 stars if I could give him more.
