Outstanding Service from Israel! We had an incredible experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing thanks to our technician, Israel (like the country ). He was truly amazing—extremely professional, thorough, and respectful throughout the entire visit. Israel took the time to check everything carefully and explained all the issues with complete honesty and clarity. His knowledge and straightforward approach gave us a lot of confidence in the work being done. He’s by far the most professional person we’ve ever had in our home for plumbing services. We contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbers when our water heater stopped working. Within minutes, we were contacted by salesman, Brandon Rimes. His professional demeanor and no-nonsense approach to various options and payment plans, helped my wife and I choose the plan and install best suited to our needs. His sales technique was “no pressure,” yet displayed his complete confidence in his company and he had no doubt that we would be completely satisfied, should we decide to choose BF Plumbing for our job. After some deliberation and negotiation with his boss, he came back with an offer that was even better than our request price, and seemed fair and complete. We contracted to have our job done by BF Plumbers. He then assured us the job would be completed that afternoon! We were so pleased! The job was completed in a timely manner with the highest level of professionalism. Five stars plus for Brandon and BF Plumbers!

The office staffed called immediately and scheduled us an appointment. Gustavo showed excellent customer service which started on the phone on the way to our home. can’t say enough good things about Andrew and Ben Franklin Plumbing! We live in a manufactured home that had a faulty hot water heater valve that caused a mess!… Andrew showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and had it fixed in no time. Andrew was professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The quality of his work was top-notch, and he even cleaned up everything before leaving.
