They arrived in less than a hour promptly and got right to work. Gustavo was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely attentive. He took the time to answer all of my questions and ensured everything was handled efficiently and in a timely manner. Mr. Gustavo Rocha arrived this afternoon to install a Kind Water Filter system. He was professional and courteous throughout the installation. Prior to starting he solicited any concerns I might have and upon completion he demonstrated how the system work making sure I knew to shut off the system if needed. Gustavo recommended that I should also get a pressure gauge for the system in which I will consider. After the work was completed he cleaned the area and also removed all the packing material. I whole heartedly recommend him for future work for my household, family, and neighbors. He epitomizes what customer service is and should be.
