Jose with Ben Franklin Plumbing came to my home in Lakeland today to install a beautiful whole home water softener/filtration system! I could not be happier with my entire experience! From calling in and talking to a live representative to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me, having Brandon come out and test/inspect my entire system, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and then create different options for me to choose from was so convenient and covered all my concerns as well as some extremely beneficial upgrades!! Then Jose came out on time and was so polite and thorough showing me everything he was doing ahead of time and when he was done he cleaned everything up better than the way he found it!! He also showed me how to use all the amazing features that my new water system offers!! Discovered our gas hot water heater was off. Tried to relight to no avail. Called Benjamin Franklin for help and they sent a technician within two hours. It was Sunday, but they wanted to get hot water. Chris Scott was our technician and he quickly disassembled the heater and found the problem. The parts and repair would be expensive and based on heater age he recommended a new hot water heater. He returned the next day with a new heater and we soon had hot water. Their response was phenomenal and their work was top notch. Chris is a very knowledgeable and friendly person and we highly recommend him. This was our second water emergency in the past year and Benjamin Franklin responded quickly and with excellent results!
