He fixed our emergency and had our water restored in under 2 hours for 1/4 of the cost we were quoted to have it fixed 2 days from now with a different company. After assessing the issue, he provided me with a clear estimate before any work was done. He was also very knowledgeable, and his plan for addressing the problem made perfect sense.
