Benjamin Franklin has been recently brought out by a new company. I am very happy with the changes the new company has made. I had had a sump pump installed a year ago and had problems with it ever since. My technician, SPENCER, who is with the new company, came out and gave me an estimate for a new sump pump. He discussed my options and make sure I understood everything. He was very kind and patient with me. I had just had surgery the day before and still had anesthesia fog brain. He was able to come out the next day to install my double pump with back up battery. He was very professional, quick, polite, and very nice to work with. Very, very happy with the service they provided. And will use them again.

Benjamin Franklin’s Plumbing, Jordan did great work diagnosing, replacing and checking every system in the house for efficiency and safety. For Heating and Cooling, diagnosing is done by David, issue with our system that we have experienced over the past 10 years has been rectified. We have used three reputable companies but none were able to help. I highly recommend this company for both Plumbing, Heating and Cooling! Thank you Jordan and David for your excellent services!

Troy did an excellent job at getting the issue identified quickly. Very courtesy, and explained in detailed what happened and what the remedy was. He able to get our water turned back on, which we were very grateful for! Husband and I very happy with the results.
