JT, did a great job today! Started off with a clogged basement drain which he diagnosed and snaked out. Then he ran the camera down the line so we could see any damage. In addition I thought I had a small leak in a pipe in basement but couldn't find it. Well JT found it and spent the day resolving the issue by removing rotten/leaking pipes and replaced with all new PVC piping.

The technician, Ed, was very friendly, professional, respected my property, helpful and nice. Ed explained everything to me that was occurring with my main drain issue. He thoroughly went through all the steps that he was going to perform. He went back through all the pipes to make sure everything was working. I was very impressed with the quality workmanship displayed during the job. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.I also would like to mention that the additional technician that came out to help Ed, Troy, was great too! He was professional, respected my property, knowledgeable, friendly. These guys were awesome!

Ryan really helped me with a lot of my plumbing issues, today. He was very professional and friendly, and addressed most of my needs. He installed a new water softener, and a new garbage disposal, that was definitely on its way out! He fixed a toilet that has been giving me a lot problems for over a year. And, he corrected other plumbing issues as well. I definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a good plumber!

They always do great work. Ed is very friendly and will put you at ease when your sewer backs up and you’re stressing out. I’ve had my fair share of plumbing emergencies over the years and have stuck with Ben Franklin because of their transparency, promptness, and willingness to explain everything, including options. Ryan was amazing! He took the time to explain everything in detail and even picked up on other issues that I had forgotten to mention. He completed a thorough check of our plumbing including the water heater. Pricing is great and payment options even better.
