My first time calling Benjamin Franklin after trying the mainstream plumbers before...Always found the other guys way too expensive. Carter and his team came out on time and confirmed the pricing upfront. They respected the price quoted to me over the phone and were very easy to talk to. They cleared a clogged toilet in about 5 minutes. Then they gave me some advice on how to manage the drains on a regular basis. They did a good job and I'll definitely keep them in mind for the future.

Great to work with. Competitive pricing. Fast response time as well. They had to run a main line from my meter to the entrance of the home, which required significant digging and special equipment to route the water line around tree roots and a driveway. Keevon Jones was great!! Master plumbing skills show. He was a little late the first day but it's Atlanta traffic right? 🤷🏻‍♀️. Otherwise great great job. Master skills are evident. He was nice, pleasant, accommodating and knowledgeable. Everything was done well and on my schedule. I would definitely hire him again and pleased with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing with my first experience. He even took the old faucet and garbage disposal.
