While visiting my parents for the Thanksgiving holiday, I noticed the toilet bowl was cracked and the kitchen faucet was leaking. My parents always use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, so I gave them a call this morning. We scheduled an appointment for tomorrow (very exciting since it's a holiday week and I was concerned we might not get an appointment this week, but we did!). Monica gave me a call around 1 PM today, they had a cancellation, would we be able to have a tech come today? HELL TO THE YES! Dylan was our tech. He arrived promptly, listened to my explanations of what we needed done, identified the parts he would need to do both repairs, then left to pick up the needed toilet, and parts for the faucet. He completed the job in a timely manner. He was easy to talk to, listened, and was super courteous. We are very happy with his work, and I'm very pleased I don't have to worry about the toilet shattering over the holiday.

Benjamin Franklin plumbing is a great company and I'm very happy that we hired them to fix our hot water heater. They were by far the cheapest compared to other people and they were able to fix our problem the same day which was very nice. Gene was our technician and he was really great to work with. Would highly recommend and use Benjamin Franklin again.

From the moment he arrived, Gene was professional, friendly, and straight to the point. He quickly pinpointed the exact issue, explained the solution clearly, and didn’t waste any time getting it fixed. His communication was excellent, and I felt confident in everything he was doing. What really stood out was how efficient and thorough he was. He not only solved the problem without hesitation, but he also cleaned up afterward, leaving everything spotless. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, professionalism, and friendliness all in one, but Gene definitely delivered. If I ever have another plumbing issue, there’s no doubt I’ll be calling Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again, and I’ll definitely be asking for Gene!

Fernando did excellent work! Very personable! Explained everything to me and completed the job in one afternoon. Also answered some technical questions on some unrelated problems - great source of information. For price comparison, I looked up the broken part on Amazon and Benjamin Franklin plumbing's price is comparable.
