Great experience with this company and technician Dave!-- We had to do a waste and overflow repair in our bathtub when our drain shoe got broken. Our house is on a concrete slab and we were told by a previous company that we would probably need to replace our whole tub. So we called around to try to find another option. It was already later in the day, but Benjamin Franklin Plumbing sent someone within an hour. Dave came out and said he could fix it no problem. He had to get some parts, but was able to come back first thing the morning after and had it done in less than 2 hours. He showed us everything he did and that there was no leaks. Very kind and courteous. He even cleaned up before leaving.

I’ve been a customer of Trey’s for decades and he is nothing short of awesome. He is skilled at diagnosing exactly what the issue is and rectifying it. He is not one of those guys that sells you a bunch of unnecessary nonsense to make a buck. He is definitely about great service and long lasting relationships. What more could you ask for?

Tommy was giving the neighbors a quote and I flagged him down and asked how much to change toilet shut offs, he came right then and was able to do the job on the spot! Polite and quick. Ask for Tommy, he's your guy!

112 F today and Jared C worked on my plumbing problem outside! Area was left clean, work looks good! Have been looking for a good plumber; I will use Benjamin Franklin from now on. I wholeheartedly recommend this company
