I had a fantastic experience with this plumbing service. Josh responded promptly and arrived right on time. He was professional, knowledgeable , and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how thorough and patient he was throughout the process. My pressure control valve is working perfectly now and I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend!

We have a maintenance plan with BFP, and Justin Martinez was our inspector this visit. Justin was excellent! Beyond being pleasant and friendly, he was thorough, and presented the issues identified objectively without scaremonger​ing and up-selling. He was knowledgeable and adept in explaining recommendations without jargon or being self-important. Justin flushed our water heater and replaced the anode rod, and identified and repaired a separate leak that we were totally unaware of. While it was not great spending as much as we had to for the pipe repair and the new anode rod, Justin's confidence in executing an efficient repair and explaining the role of an anode rod made the process much more palatable. Overall, I'm glad we have the maintenance plan with BFP AND that Justin was the inspector assigned to our home.

Billy Alfaro, one of the BF Plumbing technicians was extremely helpful, he was very clear on the potential issues and how to address them. He identified the issue, discussed the correction and associated pricing and went right to work. The issue was resolved quickly and he was on his way... good service.

Great experience. Josh was on time very knowledgeable. Very nice person explained what he would do. Did job. Cleaned up no mess left. Outstanding. I’ll definitely call and have him come back.

I will always give this company 5 stars. I use them at my house in NJ and FL and now at my Mothers on Christmas Day!! Cody Mellet, our technician was professional, super friendly and got the job done in minutes. A leak and a small flood did not ruin our family Xmas thanks to BFP. 8/6/2025 - We just used Ben Franklin again, at my Mom’s house! Alex Grab and Brian Speese did an excellent job installing a water softening system, along with other plumbing needs. These two young men were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and super clean. They did 4 separate projects and left no mess.
