We had the absolute best employees, Moreau and Gerald, come out to unclogged our kitchen sink. Not only were they respectful and on time, but listened, assess the situation, reviewed our history and clearly explain the next steps. We were shown 3 options so we could make the right financial decision and then they promptly began working. They were both friendly, understanding, extremely competent and overall really nice. Our experience with Thomas Aguirre from Benjamin Franklin plumbing was very positive. I would recommend this company anyone needing service. We needed a tankless water heater replaced. In fact, we ended up upgrading on the replacement. Thomas was a professional from the moment he called to keep me updated on his arrival time to the moment he exited the property. As soon as he showed up at the door, he identified himself very professionally and demonstrated respect for the property by immediately placing shoe covers on his shoes. That is always a sign of professionalism in service. Thomas was very quick to diagnose the issue. And kept me informed of every step of the process. He provided a same day solution and was very timely and completing the water heater replacement. It is obvious that the company cares about the type of service. They provide their customers because Thomas was an example of that. My only suggestion to the company is to provide discounts for first responders. That would be a great plus.
