First let me say, I was in a panic and Janet(I pray I got her name right) was the BEST! She did everything possible to help me avoid a flood. I tried to be handy by replacing my fill valve on my toilet, on my own. It didn't go as planned. I was in tears. Janet found someone to come out of their area when no one else was available. Joshua showed up and was personable, professional and explained the process. He completed the job in good time and I am very appreciative. The tech Gerald who came out to replace our water heater did a great job. He explain why the heater needed to be replace and our options. The install was professional and timely. Thank you for the service you provided.
