Dominic Turner deserves 10 star's he was very knowledgeable and professional he answered all my questions he made sure everything was perfect he installed a new toilet and a new hot water heater and double check everything to make sure it worked properly and he cleaned up all the trash I had left over he has to be the best technician they have I was 💯 satisfied with everything and will definitely call them again every time !!! This time Dominic replaced my toilet he's the best please never let him go 🙏🏻

Great experience. Moreau and Jeremy might be new working together, but to me they seemed like they have for years. Great commradery. Great communication. They worked all day installing a water heater, water filtration system, multiple faucets and bathroom fixtures. I am positive I am missing more, but the work looks professional and clean. Both were gentlemen, except when they were stealing eachother's tools, just kidding. 😉 I enjoyed our conversations and they made me comfortable right away. Great job, and it was a pleasure to have them both here while also getting to know them a little bit. If I ever have to make a call for assistance, I will definitely be asking for them. Great job guys!!!!
This is best experience with a plumbing company I’ve ever had. Moreau the plumber looked at the job and right away knew what to do, he fixed it and made us very happy. What more can you ask for. I’ll definitely be using Ben Franklin from here on out!
Wesley was fantastic. Arriving same day as we called. Handled everything timely and efficiently. Our water bill had increased and we identified the toilet as the potential culprit. As members we received a discount from Ben Franklin. Wesley sled and was able to apply another discount. He was polite, did not make a mess and reviewed the work with us and made sure we didn’t have any questions.
