Dominic Turner deserves 10 star's he was very knowledgeable and professional he answered all my questions he made sure everything was perfect he installed a new toilet and a new hot water heater and double check everything to make sure it worked properly and he cleaned up all the trash I had left over he has to be the best technician they have I was 💯 satisfied with everything and will definitely call them again every time !!!
Gerald was wonderful. He was quick, efficient, incredibly helpful and patient in explaining not only my current issue, but helping me understand what my next 2 areas of concern should be as a homeowner to avoid surprises in the near future and help me understandmy options with his business. Very impressed with the service I received from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Everything was explained. So knew how to process with the correct option to me. Chris showed me what he was going to due to fix the drain clog in my house. Chris was very professional and efficient and made sure clean up was done before he left. Gerald was awsome but he had to change the price that I agreed on. It wasn't his fault, he tried to help us safe money. I was disappointed with the price that he was told for the job. I agreed because I liked his personality and I felt he was honest compared to the others. I had to get the job done asap 😩. I am tight with money but it is what it is. 🤷.
