José was very knowledgeable. He verified that the low flow problem with my old faucet was due to the faucet and not in the house plumbing before installing the new faucet that we had bought a couple of days earlier. My wife and I preferred the design of the new faucet, and José eliminated our worry that the new faucet might not fix the low flow problem. The new faucet is leak free and works great.

He is trustworthy and responsible, and shows great promise. He was polite and courteous. He analyzed the problem immediately. He has earned 10 stars in my book. He was knowledgeable about American Standard Toilets and the double flaps flushing system they use. The toilet did not have an issue but he gave me tips on how to use it right. I will be calling Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Rosenberg again for future issues because they are more customer focused and oriented. They are driven to earn your business and I am sure they are reasonable in their pricing also. Great customer service! And I strongly recommend this company to anyone.
