We’ve used Ben Franklin for many years and highly recommend them. This company is very customer centered and every job they have done for us (bathroom fixtures, toilets, hot water heater, etc.) has been excellent. This year (2025), Gus came to flush our water heater and noticed the seal around the vent through the roof had failed. He recommended we get a roofer out to reseal it and check all the vents. We promptly did so and am so grateful for the kind advice!

I called and they were here the next day and earlier than their scheduled time which was helpful. He also had an assistant that was also professional. Michael did an excellent job! My hot water heaters were shutting off. Explained problem, what needed to be done and the cost before proceeding. Also replaced/installed the shut off valve in garage with new ball valve. He left no mess whatsoever. Very professional and pleasant. Would recommend in a heartbeat!!
