Shawn and DJ were amazing. They were very communicative. I felt like they cared about making sure everything was done timely, correctly and that even though I was not there in person that they cared about me as the customer by providing details and frequent communication by phone. They made sure our shower was fixed within 1 day during a holiday week. We are so appreciative of their hard work and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Paul and his helper were on time, courtesy, clean and efficient. Paul did a previous jobs for me. Each times he answered my questions with kindness and truth. He goes the extra mile to get you the best equipment for your needs. Ben Franklin plumbing has done several big jobs on my 90year old house. ALL of THEM With the same great results.

Benjamin Franklin and the repairman Sam came through within an hour on a Sunday night!! He took care of the situation hassle-free no mess, no cleanup other than what was done from the damage of my own piping totally satisfied, very prompt service very kind, generous and genuine repairman ask for Sam!!! Ken showed up in time for our yearly inspection. We had some findings and he was able to explain the follow up procedures and game a quote for the repairs needed. Over all happy with inspection and customer service.
