The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He identified himself upon arrival. He put covers on his shoes and spoke with courtesy and politeness. He did a needs assessment on our unit, explained what he’d be doing and proceeded to do his job. The work took about an hour. He worked quickly and quietly. Then he cleaned up after he was finished. All in all, I was very satisfied with the service provided.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ben Franklin Plumbing in Pleasantville was fantastic! Scheduling was easy, and they arrived on time. The plumber was professional and friendly, quickly diagnosing and fixing my garbage disposal. He explained everything clearly and left the area spotless. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs!

The best plumbing experience of my life. It started with a call into the office. They were very polite and knowledgeable and set me up for an appointment right away. Mike Z came to the house dress professionally and wore booties in my house to keep my house clean from the dirt that was on his shoes. I needed a new water heater and told me about the benefit's & rebates on the gas tankless water heater. He also suggested One Hour heating and air conditioning, because my unit is old and not very efficient. He stood right in front of me and set up the appointment for the install and One Hour, they will pull the city permits and make all the arrangements to get this done as soon as possible. I couldn’t be more impressed Mike Z is truly the “Emperor” of Plumbing Thanks Benjamin Franklin

This company is the very best: great pricing, wonderful to work with, perfect installation but best of all, they cleaned up (better than i had the room before) extremely well! I highly recommend Ben Franklin plumbing! Thanks guys… you made this ugly job easy!

DJ was great! He was friendly and efficient. He diagnosed the leak right away as not a plumbing problem, but a poor grout/caulk job around our tub. I would definitely call Ben Franklin plumbing again.
