Had a yearly inspection done and as usual Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did not neglect one thing. My inspector Mamadou was very knowledgeable about what was good and what needed attention. I appreciate their services. Been with them for awhile now and when in need they're always there.

The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He identified himself upon arrival. He put covers on his shoes and spoke with courtesy and politeness. He did a needs assessment on our unit, explained what he’d be doing and proceeded to do his job. The work took about an hour. He worked quickly and quietly. Then he cleaned up after he was finished. All in all, I was very satisfied with the service provided.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ben Franklin Plumbing in Pleasantville was fantastic! Scheduling was easy, and they arrived on time. The plumber was professional and friendly, quickly diagnosing and fixing my garbage disposal. He explained everything clearly and left the area spotless. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs!

I had 2 new toilets installed, which is a messy procedure. However, when these gentlemen left, my bathrooms were spotless. They were so neat and clean. Excellent, excellent job !! Thanks guys !!

We had a drainage issue with our kitchen sink. Made a call and they were able to send someone out that day. Was able to get us back flowing with undoing the clog in the main drainage line. Tech was very professional.
