He gave us all the information we needed to make an educated decision and when we told him we needed to stay on a budget, he wasn’t put off and willingly showed us our options to bring the price down. Howard came to the house to replace our garbage disposal. While he was there, I was able to ask him about a leak in our bathroom. He was able to provide us a quote to fix the leak immediately in the shower and the toilet. We decided to replace the toilet and he was able to price and complete the entire job right then. He was personable, professional, patient and kind. When we are able to fix the leak in the shower, not only will we call this company we will also request Howard directly. Very thankful and happy with the easy and painless experience. Everything is working great and looks great.
