Very professional, great work, happily fixed another issue on top of what I called for that he wasn’t expecting to have to do and still took care of a few extra things just to make sure everything was perfect! We had an issue with our sewer backing up due to collapsed sewer lines. We called Benjamin Franklin, and they sent someone out within the hour. Austin was professional, thorough, efficient and very friendly. He figured out the reason why our toilet continued to clog. Since we live in a new 55+ community, we were stunned when Austin proudly revealed to us the culprit: a bright magenta-colored tampon casement. What?! Everyone here is too… Ohhh, wait. It must’ve been our niece who had visited a few months prior. Austin was an excellent clog sleuth! PS: Thanks to the Done Right tech who had no-showed, we got Austin who done awesome. 🙂
