Jerry did an excellent job. I provided the new faucet. I have a membership. Jerry was on site less than an hour. The bill from Benjamin Franklin was over $600.00 for less than one hour of work. That is outrageous, especially for a member. It comes to over $16.25 per minute. Gouging the elderly/customer.
I needed a same day weekend appointment for a leaking water heater. My technician Shaun was on time, knowledgeable and very professional. He replaced my water heater in no time. They were upfront about estimates and explained everything. I am very happy I chose Benjamin Franklin plumbling!
Eric was a kind, thoughtful, thorough plumber who did everything he could to make the service cost useful. We ended up not having a plumbing issue but he gave us recommendation on who to call next. Jim Farmer and the crew at BF have shown some great customer service regardless of where it turns into a service appointment or not. Called to talk through a service late on a Friday night and Jim didn't hesitate to walk me through potential sourcing of part solutions as well as offer his services to check their inventory on the weekend. Top Notch. Definately recommend.
The service we received from Jacob Ramirez was exemplary. He was professional and personable. He was informative and knowledgeable. He worked to find the problem and fix it with minimal cost. Because of his above and beyond work ethic, persistence in finding and solving the problem, we will be using Benjamin Franklin plumbing for all our family needs. The gentlemen (JT) did a great job on the 3 drains he cleaned, cleaned the mess and was very professional. I do have an issue with the invoice total. I paid $659,00, I think it should have been $560, if my addition/subtraction is correct. Pls review invoice and let me know. The whole team was great from the initial booking of the call, the initial visit through to the installation. Clean and polite workers.
Sean was awesome. He took apart the connections that were needed before they could put in my new countertops. Came back two days later and reattached everything. We will be replacing our bathroom countertops and will need Sean again. Thanks so much Sean, the faucet looks and runs great.
Chris was knowledgeable and courteous. The services needed were explained in good detail to allow my decision for the repair. Everything was cleaned up and left in great shape.
Mr. Felipe Gonzalez did a great job clearing my kitchen sink drain. He was polite and patient in answering my questions. He worked pretty fast. Definitely a good experience. A coupon was also honored and saved quite a bit.
