Ben was terrific! He replaced the well pump, the water heater and expansion tank in one day and described everything in detail. I was so impressed that I've asked him to come back and do a couple of other plumbing issues I have. I've signed up on the membership program and look forward to working with him in the future. Casey did a fantastic job working on my home. Instead of assuming a worse case scenario he did his best each time starting with the easiest solution. He finally got the line cleared. Also he recommended a long term solution but was not insisting or pushing for it to be done, just a recommendation.

Josh was amazing. He walked me though everything to make sure I was comfortable with the options of service. He did an amazing clean and professional install of our water heater. I can’t recommend this company enough. They came out extremely fast, and repaired my water heater the same day. If I ever need plumbing done again, I absolutely will call them again. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.
