This is my first experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and it won’t be my last! I needed two faucets installed for two new vanities in my home. Jason’s 30 years of experience was very evident as he expertly installed the faucets. One bathroom installation was more complicated and he addressed the issues very skillfully.
A truly excellent experience! Tech Moreau was very professional, straightforward, patient and transparent with pricing. Moreau correctly diagnosed our problem. I called the company last night due to a leak under my kitchen sink. Connor was here at 8:15 the next morning. He reached out when he was 15 minutes away. He explained the work to be done and gave me the cost to repair along with a senior discount. He also answered some additional questions I had not related to the leak he came out to fix. Connor was extremely professional, polite and efficient. I'm glad a chose Benjamin Franklin and very pleased with the quality of work and the level of customer service. I will definitely request Connor again for future needs and will recommend him to friends.

Where to even start with my house going in the market the next day and bad luck with a bad hot water tank have a lot of company’s a call I gave them a call they said they could be out in the morning which was better than everyone else they called me back 15 minutes later to inform me the technician MIKE was willing to come out mind you it’s after 6pm at this time MIKE called me personally we came up with a plan and he brought everything he needed to put in a brand new hot water tank can’t thank MIKE and the lady who answered the call and felt my worry about this situation and made this happen in time for my home to go in the market. Thank you make sure you guys keep MIKE great guy very knowledgeable friendly over all great guy.

Our technician, Frank Jones, installed a water leak detection device. He arrived on time and was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly explained the procedure and answered all my questions. I was impressed with his communication throughout the process and his attention to detail. I had an exceptional experience working with Jason. He was able to diagnose and fix a major issue with my house’s main line within an hour. This was after I had requested the visit at 8PM the night prior. Couldn’t be happier with how fast and professional the service was.
Bryon was Great he was professional and very nice. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The only thing I don't like about this company is their office people. They just think that you can take off any day of the week and make it work for them not for you. with 4hr appointment timeframe is very hard for me. The technicians are great.
