Wonderful company to work with. The service person Tim was very professional and knowledgeable. He competed my water heater replace in a few hours. Thank goodness for that cause not having hot water in winter is horrible. Would recommend him and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing 10 out of 10 time

Caleb Hines at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing saved the day when my shower would not turn off as a result of a broken handle. The company was quick to respond. Mr Hines was the first to arrive among the three companies I called. He explained the problem and the fix clearly and completed the job satisfactorily! Had to reschedule service due to a scheduling conflict and I’m glad we did! Ryan is a true professional. He gave us some pointers on upkeep in between service and he’s very good with kids. My son was super interested and he took the time to show him the ropes haha. Here’s to hoping we don’t need to see him anytime soon, but if we do need plumbing services, he’s no doubt the one we’ll ask for!
Boiler short circuited, freezing cold on NY’s Eve,!! BF responded quickly and professionally as always with one of their best: Michael Z. He immediately saw the issue, he couldn’t fix it without ordering parts, so he stayed, did research, phone calls, and was eventually able to give me several options on repairs. Thank you Michael on being pleasant, professional, and always helpful!!
