We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing minutes before their closing time of 7 pm, which was a surprise. Most businesses close earlier and have a voicemail option. I explained our issue to the woman who answered. She was so pleasant and helpful. We were running out of hot water. She told me that Josh could be here by 8:30 am the very next morning and would come equipped with a new hot water heater if ours needed to be replaced, and if he didn’t have the size we wanted onboard, he could have one delivered from their warehouse to our house within minutes. Josh arrived on time, he had what we wanted, and installed the new unit. He and Tanner were very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to deal with. My husband wasn’t home, but Josh talked with him and explained the options and pricing over the phone. All the way around, it was a great experience. I’m happy to have found our “forever” plumber.
We had the water heater in our crawl space fail and at the recommendation of our friends called Ben Franklin Plumbing. To our surprise they were able to respond that day at the specified time frame. Dylan arrived and was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He completed the replacement very quickly and even spent some time with us discussing and making suggestions for other plumbing changes we were considering. Had been out of town for a while and when I got home I did not have hot water. The next day my contractor referred me to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I wasn’t able to call them until about 1 pm, at 2:30 they were here. Dewayne look at it and told me he hated to tell me, but the water heater needed to be replaced. Dewayne promptly provided a quote to replace it, along with the assurance it would now be up to code. When I agreed, he excused himself for 5 minutes so he could provide a timeframe it could be completed. He returned with his tool bag to let me know they were bringing him a new water heater. By 5:30 pm… it was COMPLETE! This is customer service at it FINEST! Thank you!!!
I experienced plumbing issues last week and again today. Dylan corrected both. He was punctual, professional, and very helpful. I appreciated his suggestions, and was very pleased with the results.
