We had 2 toilets installed. Received an installation discount on the second toilet. Technicians arrived on time. The work was done quickly. They cleaned up and double checked their work before leaving. Cost was exactly what I was quoted on the phone. Other than newly installed toilets, they left no trace! This was not my first time to use this company. They do great work! Highly recommend.

Tanner was neat and very knowledgeable. He flushed the water heater, checked all toilets and sinks. We told him about a toilet issue and he was able to fix it while here saving us a fee. A very good company for your plumbing needs.

Melissa was a Joy to talk to at the office, she handled our needs got us the information we needed, set up the appointment and the tech was here the same day. Dylan showed up before the appointment time and walked us through the steps needed to get our problems taken care of. We were surprised that he was able to take care both installations in the same day. Dylan and Carson are both very knowledgeable and very nice people to deal with and explain the whole process. They cleaned up after them self's so good that you did not know that they were here. I would recommend them over and over again. What a wonderful group to deal with.

When I say I had a plumbing disaster… I mean EVERY toilet overflowing, tubs and showers backing up—just an absolute nightmare. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and thankfully they were able to get me on the schedule the same day (10 AM–1 PM window), which was a lifesaver since I’m only in town for spring break. They came out and quickly figured out the issue—turns out I have SEVEN areas where tree roots have grown into my old clay pipe system. 😳 Not exactly what you want to hear, but I’ve known for years this could eventually happen. Replacing it all has just been so expensive. Thankfully my dad had already replaced the pipes under the house years ago, which helped some. The technician explained everything in a way that actually made sense, didn’t try to upsell me, and gave me options. They recommended a root treatment (for about $100 with a discount), which felt like a reasonable next step for now. Overall—super professional, honest, and just really easy to work with during a very stressful situation. If your house ever decides to completely revolt like mine did… I’d definitely call them. 😅
