I found myself in a need of a plumber after normal hours and called Benjamin Franklin plumbing company. They were very quick to respond to my needs and had someone to my residence in short order. The technician that responded was Dylan. He was very efficient and assessed the situation very quickly, came up with a solution and repaired the problem. I called Benjamin Franklin yesterday when all the roads were iced over hoping to get on the “list” for someone to come when the ice melted. I was called the next day with a plumber on his way. Within an hour the water heater was fixed and I took a shower 1 hour later. That was service!! Josh and Tanner were professional and worked quickly. Josh explained three options, no pressure to choose, but just the facts!!. I am so happy to have hot water.

Just getting an estimate today. Tech responded same day as requested, was friendly and courteous, knowledgeable about the work required. Update: A PRV and two smaller valves installed. Installation was quickly completed and leak tested. No leaks. Price was as quoted.

Early on a Friday night, my husband and I smelled gas in our kitchen. We tried calling a plumbing service that we had used before. The woman said, "Oh, that's concerning!" about the gas leak and then gave us a next available appointment of the FOLLOWING TUESDAY. Ugh. (My husband was convinced that she was AI, and she might have been!) So I looked up Benjamin Franklin plumbing, who said they were available 24/7. Sure enough, a kind woman answered the phone immediately and told us that she would have a plumber out shortly. Dylan arrived promptly and figured out that there was no issue with the gas line, which meant that our range was the culprit. But we couldn't get that replaced on a Friday night, so we had him install a shut off valve on our gas line to the stove so that we could turn off the gas. To do so, Dylan had to turn off the main gas line to our house, which is a four unit lakehouse. After installation, when Dylan tried to re-ignite the pilot light on our water heater, it couldn't be done. The water heater was 20 years old and should have been replaced a long time ago! (Things like this happen when you co-own a property with other people!) Dylan offered to come out early the next morning and install a new water heater for us, which he did. He was an absolute professional and helped us out in an emergency. I have attached photos of the old water heater and the new one installed. I highly recommend this company.

I had a termite inspection and was told there was a leak under the house. I called 3 companies and each one referred me to another. The last one told me to call Benjamin Franklin. I did and had an appointment for the next morning. Which was ok with me, then they had a cancelation and Dylan and Carson came the same day, and fixed the problem!! Dylan and Carson are fantastic!! I would recommend them and Benjamin Franklin to anyone! They will be my first choice for all my plumbing needs!!! PS. Dylan was Very informative and answered all my questions!!!
