Tommy, Josh, & Tanner went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and make the appropriate repairs. Super fast service and nothing but professionalism from the entire company, from the office to the field. When the owner of the company is willing to do the dirty work right along with other employees, it speaks volumes of the type of company they run. We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing minutes before their closing time of 7 pm, which was a surprise. Most businesses close earlier and have a voicemail option. I explained our issue to the woman who answered. She was so pleasant and helpful. We were running out of hot water. She told me that Josh could be here by 8:30 am the very next morning and would come equipped with a new hot water heater if ours needed to be replaced, and if he didn’t have the size we wanted onboard, he could have one delivered from their warehouse to our house within minutes. Josh arrived on time, he had what we wanted, and installed the new unit. He and Tanner were very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to deal with. My husband wasn’t home, but Josh talked with him and explained the options and pricing over the phone. All the way around, it was a great experience. I’m happy to have found our “forever” plumber.
