The plumber fron Benjamin Franklin in Waco that came to my house was super friendly , explained everything to me and gave me some options. We had a clogged toilet and he fixed it fast. Customer service and quality of work is clearly a requirement to be employed by Ben Franklin. We had multiple projects over the last couple weeks (since buying our new house) and from the beginning till the end every single technician, salesperson, project manager, dispatcher has been excellent. I highly recommend these folks. Corey has been a godsend, helping with our bathroom remodel. Nick was so helpful at explaining everything to us. Literally all 10 employees I’ve interacted with have been so kind, skilled and helpful.

Tech Technician Phil was knowledgeable and approachable, answering many of our questions while diagnosing our main problem for needing a replacement for our water heater. He set our expectations for timely repair and costs. It was a pleasure to work with him. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Follow up service after county inspection was performed by technician Ryan which was also excellent. There was some mix up with invoicing but it got sorted out with the help of initial tech Phil. We await final county inspection but are very happy with the work.
