Started off our morning with our water leaking around 3am! Called Benjamin Franklin at a normal hour 7ish since we were able to manage the leak, begin to drain the water heater. Tim arrived at our home shortly after 10am. He assessed the situation, recommended slightly larger heater which would better accommodate our family. Tim was very efficient! He had the new heater installed, removed the old heater and even cleaned up after himself and any remaining water on the floor all before 130pm! If we ever need a Plummer we know who to call “Big T”!
Corbyn was prompt, professional, friendly, and courteous. He was upfront about the costs of the repairs and did quality work. I'm happy to have a working garbage disposal and a sink that drains effectively! I would definitely recommend him! I also had a great experience when my water heater sprung a leak a few years ago. I think it was Casper that came to the rescue! He was amazing at answering all my naive questions. I've been very pleased with Benjamin Franklin.
Seth arrived on time and was very efficient in replacing our sump pump. He was a pleasure to visit with. He made sure everything worked properly when the job was finished. I also want to add that Lexi was very kind on the phone and promptly scheduled the technician. She followed up with another phone call saying when the technician would arrive. 😊
