Our water heater went belly up. After three different plumbers failing to return calls and total unprofessionalism. We called Benjamin Franklin. They did not disappoint. Had someone to our home same day. The guy had the old water heater out and new one in quickly. Ryder Hewitt was awesome. Came right in and went right to work. We had a leak in the drain line under the slab concrete foundation. It was the most pleasant experience I've ever had with plumbing repairs. They sent somebody out to give us a quote and he decided that he needed somebody with more experience in that area to quote so he sent another person. John explained everything and the price was explained and no surprises. They were on time and were very quick and through with their work. Alex is a very experienced, professional plumber and was great to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone. You get what you pay for and it's done right the first time.

Had a very large job to do as our sewer lines were collapsed to the main sewer system and because it went under two trees, a fence, a tree fort, and two power lines... our only option was to wrench a new pipe through the old one. Ryder ( the tech who came to do the quote) was quick and early as well as very polite. Everyone who worked on our disconnect plumbing line was very polite and even when problems arose they diligently worked to correct them They even worked after hours to finish the job so it would be done before the rain came. If I knew their names I could list everyone as being very helpful.... the two who worked late were Nate and Gibson and they even went above and beyond their work. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience

Ryder and his partner came on time and were professional. They installed a water powered backup sump jet for me. I already had the part so they finished the job within a few hours. They answered all of my questions and were able to discover that there was a leak with my new sump pump discharge pipe. I would use them again.
