On November 18th, 2025 Benjamin Franklin Plumbing sent Julio Badillo to repair my kitchen faucet and sprayer. After arriving Julio went right to work. He diagnosed the problem, gave me options and explained everything in detail. Julio installed a new faucet and sprayer. I was very grateful and relieved. Julio was polite, professional and a very skilled plumber. I thoroughly enjoyed having him at my home. Julio demonstrated genuine concern, respectfully answered my questions and solved my plumbing issue. Mark and Brian spent 2 days here to replace the emergency stops under all the sinks. They also work hard working on our tankless hot water heater because we were not getting hot water. After much time and energy spent h. ere, it was determined that they had to replace the tankless hot water heater. It was under warrantee. They were very polite and cooperative. We were very satisfied.
